Patch panels look almost identical in photographs and work in completely different ways. Getting this wrong means a panel you cannot use.
Punch down panels have insulation displacement contacts built into the back. You lay each bare conductor into a slot and press it home with a punch down tool, which seats it and trims the excess. Coupler or pass through panels have an RJ45 socket on the front and another on the back, wired straight through. They need cables that already have RJ45 plugs crimped on both ends. There is nothing to punch down into. Jadaol puts a red warning at the top of its listing for exactly this reason, because people buy them expecting to terminate bare cable and cannot.
How to choose: if your cable is bare solid conductor coming out of a wall, you need punch down or blank keystone. If your cables already have plugs on them, a coupler panel saves you a great deal of work. Most home installations are the first case.
People often ask whether they can skip the panel and crimp plugs onto the wall cable directly into the switch. You can, and it is a bad idea for reasons that show up later.

No keystone jacks are included. Jadaol says so in capitals at the top of the listing, which is commendable. Budget roughly $1 to $2 per Cat6 jack, so a full 24 port panel costs another $25 to $50 on top. Filled, it lands close to the Cable Matters punch down panel in total.
What you gain for that is flexibility. Keystone jacks come in every format: Cat6A, Cat6, Cat5e, HDMI, USB, fibre, coaxial, audio. One panel can carry a mix, which suits a media rack where network, television and audio all terminate in one place.
You also gain repairability. If one jack fails, you unclip it and put in a new one, without touching the other 23.
The construction is powder coated heavy duty steel with clearly numbered ports, writable labels, integrated cable management and a removable rear support bar.
The practical advice: only fill the ports you are using now. There is no reason to buy 24 jacks for 12 drops, and adding more later takes two minutes.
Buy this if you want mixed media in one panel or only need a few ports populated now.

A wall rack sits flat against the wall. Once a panel is screwed in, there is often no way to reach behind it. Adding a cable later means unscrewing the panel, holding it awkwardly in one hand while it dangles from 24 existing cables, and terminating the new one blind.

A panel terminates the permanent cable once, and every future change happens on short patch leads at the front. It also gives you numbered ports, which turns fault finding into reading a label.
